Leads a team responsible for the design, visual direction and timely execution of creative campaigns and brand initiatives in support of ALSAC’s fundraising and awareness needs. Serves on the Creative Services leadership team, responsible for the strategic development and execution of creative solutions that address the creative needs and challenges of the organization. Helps ensure synergy between all creative teams. Reviews and provides feedback on design materials to ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms. Conceptualizes and directs the execution of resources that meet the creative needs of ALSAC. Leads global brand and creative initiatives as assigned, including the development and implementation of brand and campaign standards documents. Serves as creative lead for large-scale enterprise-wide fundraising initiatives linked with total revenue of more than $100 million. Serves as lead designer for critical brand dictators.
