Responsible for strategic and tactical execution of the day-to-day activities associated with the revenue generation, execution, performance, expense management, and trend analysis of National Direct Marketing’s cultivation and retention programs. Uses understanding of data analytics, direct marketing techniques, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal revenue and donor objectives are met. Develops and implements integrated, multi-channel strategies targeted to raise more than $380 million in gross revenue and increase donor experience and brand awareness. Works closely with cross-divisional teams and external vendors and consultants to ensure all strategies and tactics are aligned with NDM and ALSAC’s Strategic Plan.
