ALSAC’s User Experience (UX) Team is a group of dedicated, passionate people who use technology in innovative ways to help raise funds and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. On this team, you’ll design and conduct user research, and work closely with others to help inform their work to create experiences that delight St. Jude donors and drive fundraising and awareness goals.
Essential Job Functions
Provides support for the User Experience team on user research, web analytics, and reporting efforts for ALSAC/St. Jude web, email, social media and other digital touchpoints.
Knowledge - Requires basic user research skills, with experience and/or training in research design, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with descriptive statistics and journey mapping are a plus. Must be able to take direction and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly changing technology. Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university, as a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student (in good standing) and have a major in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or Information Technology and be at least 18 years of age.
