Job Purpose

Responsible for leadership and strategic direction for financial and data operations in Multicultural Marketing and Business Development in order to ensure the necessary multicultural financial goals are met. Oversees the financial aspect of Multicultural Marketing and Business Development, including budgeting/forecasting, revenue/expense tracking, invoice processing and accounts payable, and campaign tracking/reporting. Analyzes data and recommends metrics, systems and process enhancements. 

  • Reviews and evaluates progress of revenue to determine areas of attention for multicultural fundraising efforts; Develops metrics and keeps multicultural leadership informed on ongoing program success or opportunities for improvement
  • Provides detailed analysis and reporting that monitors fundraising performance and programmatic successes both on a micro and macro level
  • Assists in strategic evaluation of existing and new programs targeting the multicultural audience, including ROI and expense ratio per program/campaign strategy
  • Represents Multicultural Marketing and Business Development as a senior staff member and acts as a liaison with support teams in other divisions, to share ideas that have been implemented, as well as brainstorm ideas that could benefit the organization


  • Requires knowledge ordinarily acquired through Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience in fundraising, professional development, business or related field including previous experience with fundraising campaign segmentation, database management, strategic planning and cost control
  • Requires a customer and detail oriented individual
  • Speaks and writes in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relation
  • Must possess excellent diplomacy skills
  • Thorough knowledge of planned giving and general management within non-profit field preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
