Job Purpose

Responsible for Client Services technologies. This includes software delivery and release in to production in a distributed environment. 

Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Testing and technical documentation skills
  • Executes proper installations and operation of new software components and applications
  • Performs large scale targeted distributions of software
  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple assignments while working under minimum supervision
  • Performs other various job functions as may be assigned
  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner
  • Must be able to prioritize projects to meet the needs of the organization
  • Experience working with desktop computer systems, technical environments and business solutions software, Desktop Administrative applications
  • Experience leading teams to completion of projects
  • Experience with prioritization of projects. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with end user tools in a consistent manner
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the business users and interact professionally with all levels of business users
  • Solid knowledge of laptops and desktops
  • Proven ability to work well individually or with a team
  • Train, mentor and support members of the support group
  • Knowledge ordinarily obtained through a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an IT related field plus 4 to 6 years of computer systems experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
