Job Purpose

The Sr Project Manager - Enterprise Operations manages the coordination of project and program management services for enterprise-wide ALSAC projects. The role requires a combination of strong business winning capabilities, strong project management, collaboration and organizational skills. This role reports to the SVP, Enterprise Operations and is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and flexible project and program methodology that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and responsibilities. This is a highly visible matrixed role, collaborating with ALSAC’s high performing team of project and program managers who are responsible for a wide range of initiatives of varying complexity. This position is responsible for setting goals, clarifying objectives, monitoring project risks and holding everyone accountable for results, in addition to defining best practices, lead business planning efforts and building governance frameworks to support effective communication throughout the lifecycle of each project, to focus on enterprise operational efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in business related field and 7 years of project management experience with a proven track record of managing complex, highly technical projects across functions and business lines.
  • Translating strategic thinking into action plans and results.
  • Building relationships with senior leaders and exposure to executive leadership.
  • Masters preferred but not required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
