Job Purpose

Responsible for maintenance, support and new feature development for a suite of Java and C# applications. Works within an agile team environment to design, build, test and deploy applications.

 



Requirements

  • Substantial knowledge of software development concepts, programming languages and infrastructure. This includes data modeling, database design, and modern programming techniques.

  • Understanding of common design patterns and their appropriate implementation (i.e. MVC)

  • Experience in automated unit testing and/or test-driven development

  • Experience in continuous integration and automated deployments

  • Experience in either Java or C# for web services, web applications or standalone applications

  • Experience in SQL development (i.e. stored procedures, functions, triggers)

     

  • Preferred:
    Web service test automation
    UI or functional test automation
    SSIS development

     

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, mathematics, or related field and 5-8 years technical, analytical, systems and programming experience. 

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
