Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for providing support and guidance (working with peers, Manager and Director) in developing and executing advertising and digital marketing campaigns to ALSAC/St. Jude audiences resulting in increased awareness, engagement and monetary conversions with a strong ROI. Align omni-channel digital marketing initiatives based on organizational strategic objectives working with the Manager and Director. Requires understanding of integrated offline and digital channel strategies and how each channel is used to build the most efficient and effective marketing mix per program or campaign. This role will collaborate with the analysts to provide accurate, timely and consistent reporting and analysis across display, social, mobile, search and web channels. Role requires project scheduling & meeting scheduling. Partners with key stakeholder groups to have a deep understanding of their organizational programs to deliver impactful, conversion oriented digital experiences.


  •  Must be familiar with media channels including offline and digital channels as well as external agency media planning and management
  • Requires knowledge of different types of media planning, optimization working with an agency partner, reporting and analytics in order to reach the maximum plan efficiency and ROI
  • Requires positive presence on social media channels
  • Requires some experience working on multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of paid media tracking systems (i.e. Doubleclick, DART, or AdWords), and web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills, including grammar and writing ability a must
  • Requires ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Requires proficiency with programs used for visual and dynamic presentations including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, 2-3 years Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency experience
