Responsible for leading the Issues Management function to support ALSAC fundraising and awareness activities and help drive key brand objectives. This includes leading a team and working with multiple teams in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Executive Communications, Development, Finance and Donor Services to identify key issues and activities that affect the St. Jude Brand and monitoring, analyzing and reporting on those issues/activities on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. Advises on and supports strategic organizational issues management needs. Leads development process for and maintains issues management materials and regularly reports to leadership on results of efforts.
