Job Purpose

Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis and support for Strategic Partnerships programs and other activities covering areas such as program development, logistics and business information systems. Leverages cross divisional relationships to support projects and provide analytical guidance to meet business needs. Provides analysis and recommendations through advanced data visualization techniques for the development of strategic solutions.

 

 

  • Responsible for providing key quantitative and qualitative studies of Strategic Partnerships fundraising campaigns and programs including review of lead generation strategies, lead quality, market analysis, and extensive portfolio reviews necessary to inform and support strategic decisions related to portfolio and prospect lead generation and management. Utilizes Tableau to process large data sets and present insightful data visualizations.
  • Works closely with Director – Business Operations/Sr. Director – Operations & Strategy to define and develop tools and reports, including dashboards and statistical projector tools.  Provides quantitative analysis for maximizing the revenue performance of programs, and for the development of strategic solutions that address opportunities and program strengths.
  • Develops and leverages relationships with program managers by serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in regards to data translation or reporting questions posed by the business. Represents Strategic Partnerships in cross divisional analytical projects that require effective communication and foresight to create strategic alignment of organizational needs.
  • Constructs and develops data validation for Strategic Partnerships campaigns, ensuring the quality of ALSAC campaign data as it relates to business strategy, organization standards and testing validity. Ensures that all testing populations are constructed in a random sampling environment to achieve actionable results, validates new calculated fields built through ITS processing. 
  • Utilizes query writing techniques in Business Objects and Tableau Server to create advanced data selection scripts, pivot tables, and dashboards.  Includes interpreting data and developing reports through advanced data visualization techniques for analysis purposes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in marketing analysis/statistics, quantitative analysis, and/or data warehouse experience.
  • Experience building data visualizations in business intelligence solutions such as Tableau preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
