Job Purpose

Responsible for division-wide operating and capital planning, monthly, quarterly, and annual earnings and cash flow forecasting, annual operating plans and long range (three – five year) plans. Reviews all major capital projects, monitoring of segment/business unit operating performance, direct finance support of Field Ops Regions and Program Teams, and various special projects.

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial operations, including but not limited to financial reporting (forecasting, projecting, and budgeting) and financial analysis to support Field Operations
  • Responsible for the management and development of all analysis needs of Field Operations Program Teams/Markets through the expansion and implementation of analytical tools and resources used for the advancement of strategic solutions

Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a major such as finance, accounting, etc. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis with a minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in management; demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to establish, build, and maintain positive working relationships and collaborative partnerships at all levels across all teams with members of the Accounting and Finance function and other internal/external partners to influence decisions and achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and understand difficult verbal and written instructions
  • Must possess an intermediate level of knowledge of personal computers and computer software applications including Oracle, Business Objects, Noetix, Smartview/Essebase, Hyperion, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience implementing process improvements and streamlining systems
  • Must be able to speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal and external relationships; detail oriented; able to understand complex verbal or written instructions; able to handle multiple priorities
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
