Job Purpose

Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis and support for Field Operations' direct programs and other activities, covering areas such as planning, development, and business information systems. Leverages cross-divisional relationships to support projects and provide analytical guidance to meet business needs. Provides analysis and recommendations through advanced data visualization techniques for the development of strategic solutions. Exercises discretion and creativity as to work details on assignments of a varied, diverse and difficult nature. Maintains communication with the Program Senior Directors, Directors, and Managers regarding financial matters.

Requirements

  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field plus 7 plus years of experience in marketing analysis/statistics, quantitative analysis, and/or data warehouse experience
  • Experience building data visualizations in business intelligence solutions such as Tableau preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
