Job Purpose

Execute Change Enablement strategy, including long- and short-term goals for ALSAC’s enterprise technology to identified business groups, including remote users. Analyze, design, and implement new or update existing business processes which involve technology. Understand and act on business demand and IT enablement opportunities to deliver holistic technology solutions to enable the organization to achieve operating goals and targets. Design, develop and lead deployment of the remote user adoption portion of enterprise implementation of technology. Customer service oriented, collaborative with team. Responsible for leading, managing, cultivating and motivating remote staff to use enterprise technology. 

Requirements

  • Requires general knowledge of computers
  • Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner of internal/external relations
  • Understands complex verbal and written instructions
  • Must be well organized and systematic in work processes, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with groups and in the conduct of meetings
  • Proven understanding of Change Enablement/Change Management concepts
  • Competent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, as well as LMS tools to create online training
  • Must demonstrate sustained high performance and strategic thinking with leadership skills and ability to work well individually and within a team environment
  • Delegating and sharing decision-making with teammates as appropriate
  • Proven ability to lead people and projects
  • Manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously and communicates with stakeholders through verbal, written and face-to-face communication
  • Technology/business process analysis using 6-Sigma, Lean, or other Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5 to 7 years experience combining training, analytical, change enablement/change management and functional experience
  • 6-Sigma Green Belt preferred, but not required. PROSCI certification preferred, but not required
