Job Purpose

Responsible for creating, implementing and continuously assessing a comprehensive strategy for the matching gifts program aimed at increasing revenue and awareness for St. Jude. Research and identify best practices for the matching gift program and communicate this information across the enterprise. Sustain positive and mutually-rewarding relationships at various levels throughout ALSAC. In addition to overseeing the matching gifts program, this role will also develop and execute an operational plan to at increase revenue and awareness for St. Jude via the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). 


  • Senior Program Manager will plan, organize, implement and bring to a successful conclusion the marketing strategies targeting federal employees during the campaign’s timeframe
  • Requires a thorough knowledge of fund raising, marketing and public relations, very strong communication and interpersonal skills; public speaking skills;comprehension of difficult verbal and written instructions
  • Working knowledge of data processing applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access) and Web brewers and navigation (Microsoft Internet Explorer)
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years or more of sales, public relations, marketing, or non profit experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
