Job Purpose

Leads the FP&A Department and will be spear-heading the organization’s financial forecast, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. Provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a major such as finance, accounting, etc. or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis with a minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in management
  • Demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Prior audit experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to establish, build, and maintain positive working relationships and collaborative partnerships at all levels across all teams with members of the Accounting and Finance function and other internal/external partners to influence decisions and achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated 
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
