Job Purpose

Responsible for coordinating the invoices, all monthly reporting and other information from the field. Involved with tracking and interpreting key financial, demographic and operations metrics for our core programs. Assists with Field Operations contracts. Helps provide excellent customer service and recognition to our field staff, donors and partners. Manages the incoming and outgoing of invoices for Field Operations.


  • Requires knowledge of fundraising and public relations
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Understand difficult verbal and written instructions
  • Possess excellent problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Understand data processing applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a high school diploma or GED and 4 years administrative/office management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
