Department Overview You can’t run a business in the 21st Century without a best-in-class technology team to provide cost-effective, up-to-date and timely information technology systems, equipment, applications and resources. That’s us. Internship Overview As an intern on our Information Technology Services team, you’ll get to develop your skills in one of the following areas: • Enterprise Architecture • Infrastructure and Support • Business Operations • Fundraising Technology • Enterprise Contact Center and Emerging Technology • Information Security; Supplier Management • Total Quality Management (TQM) You’ll complete an ITS-related project and present to department leadership. You’ll also learn through an assigned mentor and by working with developers, business analysts and quality assurance analyst while understanding the importance of each assignment and how it connects to the mission and vision of ALSAC/St Jude. Responsibilities may include: • Assisting developers, business analysts and business users in resolving application issues • Analyzing existing applications and procedures • Developing and maintaining systems documentation • Documenting and/or proofreading business requirements, functional requirements, process documentation, etc. • Compiling data and analyzing information for ongoing improvements
