ALSAC exists to raise funds and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our staff is dynamic and diverse. Our skills are different, our professions are varied; but our mission is the same: support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude. Responsible for the development and implementation of internal communications strategies and plans to assist with employee engagement/recognition and talent acquisition; to raise awareness of Human Resources programs and employee benefits; to promote leadership and professional development opportunities; and, to support other enterprise efforts, including events focused on informing, motivating and drawing feedback from employees at ALSAC. Defines objectives; develops strategies, tactics and messages; writes targeted communications; identifies appropriate channels to effectively achieve desired communications goals; and helps determine and track metrics to demonstrate results. Writes and manages content for the intranet and other internal communications channels.
