Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Office & Fleet Operations the Fleet Management Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and oversight of ALSAC’s fleet vehicles. Responsibilities include maintaining the ARI Insights system, maintain relationship with 3rd party service providers, program analysis and reporting, procurement and disposal, maintenance, licensing, fuel management, driver safety, mileage reporting, and enforcement of ALSAC policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements. Coordinates with the ALSAC Legal, Human Resources and Safety departments to ensure that all personal mileage reimbursement, accident reporting, insurance, and registration requirements are met. Assists with budget preparation as requested.
