Job Purpose

Responsible for logistical management and oversight of the day-to-day activities associated with the revenue generation, performance and expense management, and trend analysis of National Direct Marketing’s Honor and Memorial Giving programs. Supports the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel strategies and increase donor experience and brand awareness. Works closely with cross-divisional teams and external vendors and consultants to ensure all strategies and tactics are aligned with NDM and ALSAC’s Strategic Plan.


  • Requires thorough knowledge of direct marketing best practices in support of ensuring brand integrity
  • Knowledge and experience in emerging marketing platforms and channels including inbound engagement, mail, digital (interactive, social and mobile among others)
  • Requires excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in strategy development, and ability to work cross-functionally within a high performance work environment
  • Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations
  • Thorough knowledge of English spelling, grammar and usage
  • Understand extremely complex verbal or written instructions
  • Thorough grasp of rhetorical tools used in marketing communications
  • Excellent typing skills
  • General knowledge of purchasing and inventory control
  • Requires the ability to problem solve and develop innovative solutions
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of combined fundraising and marketing experience
  • Requires a valid driver's license
