Responsible for logistical management and oversight of the day-to-day activities associated with the revenue generation, performance and expense management of National Direct Marketing’s cultivation and retention programs. Uses understanding of direct marketing techniques to ensure optimal revenue and donor objectives are met. Implements integrated, multi-channel strategies targeted to raise more than $380 million in gross revenue and increase donor experience and brand awareness. Works with team of internal and selected external partners to implement strategies in compliance with stated donor goals. Supports the liaisons on the Direct Response team.
