Responsible for cultivating positive relationships with external recruitment sources, departmental managers, and executives to promote and recruit highly qualified candidates for designated business units within ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Responsible for the recruitment and selection process at ALSAC, including, recruiting, screening, conducting initial interviews, processing background checks for qualified candidates for full time and part-time positions and coordinating the employment process with the Employment Manager at the National Executive Office. Acts as primary liaison with hiring managers and applicants during the employment process.
