The Partner – HR Business provides strategic HR leadership and expert consultative support to key division senior leaders in support of strategic initiatives that include talent maximization, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. Responsible for building strong relationships and partnering with division leaders to obtain in-depth business knowledge to work across all HR core functions in support of division leadership. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Assesses and anticipates the business division/department HR-related needs; communicating proactively with Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and Compensation and Benefits departments; seeking to develop integrated solutions.
