Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the acquisition of new donors through traditional and non-traditional marketing. Ensures optimal revenue performance and donor growth for the DRTV program is achieved by monitoring and analyzing performance results and developing and implementing performance improvement strategies. Includes the management of internal and external teams to implement strategies in compliance with stated fundraising goals.


  • Requires a thorough knowledge of media buying (direct response media buying preferred) and direct marketing fundraising or marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external relations
  • Understands complex verbal and written instructions
  • Understands data processing applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years or above of direct marketing fundraising or marketing experience, including experience leading and implementing new projects or programs
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
