Job Purpose

Responsible for providing direction and leadership related to the day to day functions of the Infrastructure platform teams who build and maintain predictable and reliable Infrastructure solutions to meet the requirements of ALSAC Enterprise, ITS product teams and iGroup. Ensures all systems are current, thoroughly documented and supported via certified Standard Operating Procedures. Deliver timely, reliable and knowledgeable Infrastructure support services with an emphasis on quality and fast time-to-market delivery. Requires a high level of technical skills and understanding of Infrastructure disciplines.


  • Requires thorough knowledge of data center systems, networking, storage and backup, database administration, middleware technologies, enterprise software management and deployment methodologies, server hardware and operating systems (physical and virtual), scripting
  • Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations
  • Understand complex verbal or written instructions
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's Degree in Computer or related field or equivalent industry experience of 8-10 years, including at least three years of supervisory or senior technical advisory experience
