Responsible for directing, administering and coordinating Fitness division business activities to ensure department goals, priorities and timelines are met. Leverages and coordinates with internal support functions including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and ITS operations to support organization and department operational and business needs. Provides and oversees planning, operational resources, technical, logistical, project management and other support for engaging Fitness and Field Operations staff and volunteers. Analyzes data and recommends metrics, systems and process enhancements. Responsible for tracking performance and reporting on department goals and volunteer program results. Responsible for evaluating, creating/building and implementing sound budgeting and trending processes within the Fitness structure. Includes management of a team of statistical and financial analysts, compliance personnel, project management, training and support staff. Oversees all reporting and processes to allow the Fitness team to continue to show growth and development from year to year.
